Here at Elisia Dias Esthetics, we believe that through esthetics, we can enhance the natural beauty of each individual that comes into our care. There is no standard of beauty in our space and instead, the acceptance of each person’s unique characteristics.

Elisia Dias moved to the United States in 2007 with her husband, two small children and a dream of building a better life for her and her family. Elisia’s top priority was making sure her children were getting the life and education they deserved and because of that, money was tight. To save herself some money she did her own eyebrows and waxing.

Her services until now had been for brows and waxing, but the many requests for skincare advise and services encouraged her to pursue an esthetics degree to meet their needs. She then started attending school full time, homeschooling her kids, and working, all at once. Her husband was a rock for her during that time, making sacrifices to ensure she could follow her dreams. We wouldn't be here without him. He was her biggest supporter and still is. After many long days of hard work, Elisia got her esthetician license in skincare!

In 2019, with a solid clientele and renting a space. Elisia decided she would bless other women by financially supporting different projects every year. Since then , our contributions have only increased thanks to our loyal clients. We’ve supported a women’s rehab project in Bolivia, Breast Cancer Charities in Brazil and, most recently, in 2022, we became a monthly sponsor of C.E.R Centro Evangélico Restauração; a non-profit organization in Maringá PR, Brazil aimed at welcoming and aiding homeless women exposed to crime, prostitution, sexual exploitation, and/or dominated by drugs or alcohol. We hope to make a purposeful impact, empower women, and show them that they can have a new beginning.

Elisia Dias Esthetics was born out of faith and has led her to help others, just as she was helped in the beginning. She had always dreamt of having her own space with big windows so the sunlight can come in, and in 2020, her prayers were answered. After renting a really small room in the back of a salon for 6 years, she was able to take a leap and purchase her own space in Stoneham!

Today, Elisia is the owner of E.D.E. (Elisia Dias Esthetics). She works full time in her business that started from a simple visit from one friend who asked her to do her eyebrows. With a purpose to always meet her clientele’s needs, Elisia is committed to growing her knowledge throught seminars, conferences and workshops, bringing it to the Elisia Dias Esthetics team.

After years of dedication and hard work, she reached a major milestone by purchasing Suite 205, right next to her original space expanding the home of Elisia Dias Esthetics. Along the way, her journey and impact were recognized beyond her spa, as she was apart of the documentary Cidade Delas, which highlights women empowerment and impact in their communities..

In 2025, Elisia celebrated the grand opening of her new space by hosting an event that marked the official opening of her new location, while also showcasing women-led businesses from around Massachusetts, highlighting community, collaboration, and growth. With this new beginning, she continued to welcome her beauties into an elevated environment, where care, passion, and dedication remain at the heart of every service she provides.
